what would life be like

what would life be like in black and white?

Colour is beautiful. But have you ever wondered what it would be like to see black and white?
Black and white is simple, it seems peaceful
But yet you are missing out on so much.
Even grey is a pretty amazing thing at times.
I would miss the blue of the sky and the ocean and the yellow of the sun.
I do wonder what it would be like though.
Often.

Sometimes I wish I could cut out my brain...

Wow, so long ago since my last post!

But yeah, sometimes I wish I could just cut out my brain.

I use it too much and right this minute I am having problems with it.

It could leave right now and I would only miss it a little (hopefully)

So I bought another camera, a Canon digital SLR.
It is a pretty neat camera.
This time of year is great for stunning sunsets and sunrises.

I really just like taking photos. Pretty simple.

This is one of my doors, I see it everyday.

It took me ages to make and I love it.

The more I see it the more I love it.

It is cross stitched, which was really quite relaxing considering all the things that went wrong. 

It makes cool shaddows tooooo.

Yay for rainbows.



Cy Twombly

Sadly American Abstact Expressionsist Cy Twombly passed away this week!
He was 83 and passed in Rome.
I remember studying him in level 5.
He has such a big body of work. So child-like and free.
RIP
